• • Do not share account with others.
• • Comply with Google terms when integrating with Google Drive.
• • Only use Google Drive data for service provision purposes.

5.1 Data Security

• • We commit to protect your personal information and not use it.
• • Use SSL/TLS encryption for all data.
• • Commit not to access or use user personal data.
• • Commit software does not collect or retrieve data on computers using the software.
• • Regular data backup to ensure safety.
• • Encrypt Google Drive data during transmission and storage.

5.2 Information Collection

• • Registration information: email, name, phone number.
• • Usage data: posting history, account interactions in the system.
• • Google Drive data: only access application data (appdata) to store configuration and settings.

5.3 Google Data Usage

• • Google Drive data is only used to provide and improve application functionality.
• • Do not use Google data for advertising, behavioral analysis, or any other commercial purposes.
• • Do not share, transfer or disclose Google data to third parties.
• • Application data will be deleted from the system within 30 days when you revoke access.

6.1 Service Fees

• • Fees are calculated according to selected service plan.
• • Payment before using service.
• • Prices may change with 30 days notice.
• • No refund for unused time.

6.2 Payment Methods

• • Scan QR code to pay.
• • Bank transfer (Only for enterprise customers).

7.1 Ownership

• • KKauto.net and all content belong to us.
• • You retain ownership of content you create.

7.2 Usage Limits

• • Do not copy or redistribute source code.
• • Do not reverse engineer or decompile.
• • Do not use trademarks without permission.

8.1 Disclaimer

• • Service is provided "as is" without warranty.
• • Do not guarantee service without interruption or errors.
• • Not responsible for user-generated content.
• • Do not guarantee specific marketing results.

8.2 Compensation Limits

• • Total compensation does not exceed fees paid in 12 months.
• • Not responsible for indirect damages.
• • Not responsible for data loss.

9.1 Termination by User

• • Can cancel service at any time.
• • Service will end at end of billing cycle.
• • Data will be deleted after 30 days.

9.2 Termination by Us

• • May terminate if terms are violated.
• • 30 days notice if terminating service.
• • Refund for unused time.
• • Delete all Google Drive data from system within 30 days.

10.1 Access Scope

• • Application only accesses application data (appdata) in your Google Drive.
• • Do not access personal files, documents, or other data in Drive.
• • Data is used to store application configuration and settings.

10.2 Google Policies Compliance

• • Fully comply with Google Terms of Service.
• • Comply with Google Privacy Policy.
• • Do not use Google data for advertising or behavioral analysis purposes.

10.3 Access Rights

• • You can revoke Google Drive access at any time.
• • When access is revoked, application data will be deleted from system.
• • Revoking access does not affect other application features.

• • These terms follow Vietnamese law.
• • All disputes will be resolved at competent court.
• • If any term is invalid, other terms remain effective.
• • We have the right to modify terms with prior notice.
